Sunsun ADE series of lights are best suited for Low tech Planted Aquariums and if you are looking for better light for planted aquarium, please look at SUNSUN ADS series.
These lights does not have a powerful throw compared to ADS series hence its not suited for carpet plants. You can also use these lights for freshwater aquariums but don’t switch it on for long duration as it can cause some algae blooms.
