Description
LR Nitrate Removerâ„¢ is designed for aquariums that have 15ppm or lower nitrate.
It is formulated specifically to reduce nitrate without promoting the nuisance bio-bacteria slime within marine/reef environments and works by providing bio-available carbon sources to denitrifying bacteria present in media, deep sand beds & inner pores of live rock.
The bacteria oxidise the carbon into carbon dioxide while reducing nitrate to chemically inert nitrogen gas. I
f you are experiencing nitrate levels higher than 15ppm, we recommend using our HR Nitrate Removerâ„¢ then making the switch to LR Nitrate Removerâ„¢ once nitrate becomes 15ppm or lower.

Instructions:
Shaking is not required, however, if product has been left standing for a length of time invert bottle 3-4 times before using.
Directions:
This product must be used in saltwater aquariums with a protein skimmer. Add product to high water flow. Do not overdose.
Dosing:
0.1-1.0ppm = 0.1 – 0.5ml per day/100l
1.0-5.0ppm = 0.5-1.0ml per day/100l
5.0-10ppm = 1.0-2.0mlml per day/100l
10-15ppm = 2.0-3.0ml per day/100l
